Green Tea 綠茶

Unlike red tea, green tea is picked and then rapidly fired to preserve the sweet, grassy, or dry qualities of the tea leaf without further oxidization. This results in a clean, light finish, subtle aromas, and mild refreshing sweetness. Green tea can range from the very dry and cleansing to the toasty-sweet and floral, depending on the time of year and style of leaf.

Each package of my tea contains enough to prepare ten 16-oz. (large) servings, or about thirteen 12-oz. (regular) servings. Precise steeping instructions are always on the label, as well as here on this website for your reference.
