Tisanes (Herbal Tea)

The word tisane (originally, from French) means an infusion from any plant other than the tea plant – plants like chamomile, peppermint, and rooibos. These are often called “herbal teas”, which comes from the term herbalism, the principle of using various plants for their flavors, aromas, and perceived health benefits, but they are not real tea! My tisanes are 100% natural and all of them – except yerba mate – are caffeine-free.

Each package of my tea contains enough to prepare ten 16-oz. (large) servings, or about thirteen 12-oz. (regular) servings. Precise steeping instructions are always on the label, as well as here on this website for your reference.
