Turmeric Vinaigrette

This colorful, lively turmeric vinaigrette is equally excellent as a salad dressing, as a marinade for meat, or as a dip/sauce for roasted, steamed, or raw vegetables.  Use your imagination, and enjoy!

Turmeric Vinaigrette

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garlic granulated
  • 1/8 tsp chipotle ground


  • Set the olive oil to the side. In a blender, combine all other ingredients and blend on low for 15-20 seconds.
  • Keeping the blender on low speed, drizzle in the olive oil as slowly as possible until finished, and everything is well combined.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour before using as salad dressing.  Can be used as a marinade for meats, or a sauce for roasted vegetables.
