This highland tea is famous for the distinctive “brisk” finish that is associated with classic Ceylon blends. This briskness is a very slight tangy or minty high note, providing the cleansing finish that caps off this warm, smooth tea perfectly. Blends especially well with milk, and is an important ingredient in most breakfast blends.
